Can you give me more information about the caps and their maintenance?

Each Kriss Richard cap is crafted with premium materials for a stylish, durable look and a comfortable fit. Each style is adorned with a jewel crafted like a piece of fine jewelry.

To preserve the shine and shape of your Kriss Richard cap, we recommend these simple steps:

Gentle cleaning only.
Use a damp cloth or soft brush with a little warm water and mild soap.
Avoid machine washing or soaking.

Take care of the jewel:
Jewelry is delicate: avoid chemicals, salt water, or excessive rubbing. Wipe it gently with a soft cloth after use.

Air drying:
Dry your cap flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry or expose it to direct heat.

Please check that all packages have been delivered (some orders are shipped in multiple packages).
If an item is missing, contact our customer service with your order number, the name or reference of the missing item, a photo of the package received (if possible)
